Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation (sometimes called Acupuncture Facelift) is a safe and effective way of decreasing facial signs of aging, while enhancing the overall health of your skin and balancing the energy throughout your body. Your appearance will improve as the treatments work to:
  • reduce the depth of wrinkles
  • increase muscle tone, circulation, and collagen production
  • decrease puffiness under eyes, and
  • normalize natural skin color/eliminate blotchiness
Unlike costly cosmetic and surgical procedures or chemical treatments, side effects are limited to minimal temporary bruising. No recovery time is needed. After your treatment, you will look and feel more relaxed!

A series of 10-12 treatments (twice weekly for maximum effect) is recommended. Each treatment lasts approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, after the first session of one and a half hours

Each treatment session will include:
  • facial massage with warm basalt stones
  • application of natural facial mask
  • acupuncture treatment--ultra thin sterile needles inserted into face and body acupoints
  • recommendations for natural homemade skin care products and nutritional supplements will be made
These treatments may be contraindicated for some patients with certain medical conditions, such as:
  • uncontrolled diabetes
  • uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • pregnancy
  • bleeding disorders/prescribed blood thinners
  • acute infections/colds/flus
  • active oral herpes
  • patients with pacemakers
