Celebration and Relationship

Celebration and Relationship:Never Give From Your Heart!
Thanksgiving is in the USA one of the most popular family celebrations.
How can we connect or reconnect with our family and loved ones? How can we stay centered, true to ourselves with an open heart? How can we give and yet respect our own boundaries our own needs?
In order to do this I am offering a first energetic exercise and some recommendations”
1- Never give from your heart
This may sound crazy to you but too often when you give from your heart and your heart only, you expect (aware or not) something in return: you expect to be loved, appreciated…you expect a favor, help, etc.
Giving from your heart only, is giving away who you are, your power and your essence.
2- Give from your belly
Your belly is the center of your being where the Dan Tien (2 to 3 fingers below your navel) is located. This energy point is at the origin of every action and gives you tremendous power and vibrant health when aligned with your purpose and intention.

Exercise:
1- Sit on the floor (you may want a blanket under you) the back straight against the wall, the shoulders relaxed and the head straight with a soft neck. You want your whole spine against the wall, your gaze is soft.
2- Have your legs opened and straight: with your back against the wall. Try to keep your legs relaxed
3- Breathe from your belly.
Breathe in from the front of your belly, then your lower ribs (sides), then your kidneys (lower back).
Breathe out from the kidneys, then the lower ribs, then the front of the belly.
4- After 3 to 5 minutes of doing this form of breathing, picture your heart in the center of your belly (if you are not visual, you can simply connect to your heart while breathing in the center of your belly) and keep breathing for a few more minutes.

Practice 5 minutes a day for 30 days, (then you decide if this practice is good for you or not).
You will most likely feel tremendous gratitude with an open heart and centeredness. This will help you to craft your days in a way that is fulfilling to you during the holidays season.
