My health journey began in my late teen years when my mom started living more holistically and exposing the harsh truths of the pollutants in our food, soil, air, and water. I watched my father's health decline due to negligence of compassion and understanding of the conventional medical system. I myself struggled with depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, gut issues, severe neck pain, and joint pain. Through major diet & lifestyle changes, I was able to reverse all of these conditions for myself and my family, and am THRIVING now! I love to help others THRIVE as well! This is why I do what I do.
I also love cooking, hiking, dancing, foraging for wild mushrooms, doing crafts & being creative, playing with my hula hoop, and being with friends & family! These assets of life light me up!

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. I work on what you want to improve within the circumstances of your unique situation. Bio-individuality, which is the concept that everyone is different and requires highly individualized nutrition and lifestyle needs, plays a huge role in my coaching practice. There is no one-size-fits all diet or lifestyle, so I will work hard to find the approach that works best for you!
